The sheer face of stone has a path down to a bridge and a domed temple. ‘Moss hangs from the cliff and a lone pine tree stands on a small ledge. A waterfall cascades between all of this, down to the sea. This is an illustration for the novel I am writing.’ >> SALLY - Year 8 ‘I drew these fish combining patterns and ideas after being inspired by pictures of fish in my art class. I contrasted the colours and linked them back to a fish skeleton.’ >> EMMALEE - Year 10 ICHIGO KURUSAKI: ‘I drew him because he is the main character of my favourite show, Bleach. I drew this particular picture because it was right after a battle to defend his friends and he just looks so strong and yet haunted by the responsibility.’ ANGEL OF INNOCENCE: ‘I drew this because I saw a similar picture and it looked so fragile and delicate, it inspired me because she looked so broken.
